Instructions short essay or short video:
Provide either a short essay (no more than 2000 words) OR a short video (no more than 10 minutes) describing your:
1) Goals and motivations to pursue a career in cybersecurity;
2) Commitment to the service obligation as well as understanding of who the federal executive agencies and their jobs/intern opportunities;
3) Past achievements and experiences related to cybersecurity;
4) Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Instructions for two letters of recommendation:
One letter should come from a faculty member at Embry-Riddle or your current institution, addressing the applicant's academic performance and potential for success. The second letter, preferably not from a Embry-Riddle faculty member, should address the applicant's character and work ethic.
